Your cell phone number and any other personal information will never be given to any member or third party without your permission. We have a strict no-spam policy and promise that you will never receive any text messages that you have not requested.
Q: What is a keyword?
A “keyword” is our partners' unique name on the network. It is often their business name or a variation of their business name. You can text the keyword to MYCITY (692489) to receive that partner's customized message, which is often a discount or other special information.
Q: What is a short code?
Our “short code” is MYCITY (692489). It is basically our telephone number for text messaging. Send any message to the textMyCity™ network by sending a keyword to MYCITY (692489).
Q: How do I unsubscribe from receiving periodic messages?
Just reply with the word “STOP” to any unwanted message and we'll make sure that you don't receive any more.
