This policy applies to all messages sent to, or received from, the textMyCity network (the "Service").

This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect when you use the Service, how we use such information and to whom and under what circumstances we may disclose it. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Use of Information Collected

In order to offer you the best possible experience using the Service, we collect the following information:

Mobile telephone identification information and location.

When the textMyCity network receives a text message at MYCITY (692489) from your mobile telephone, textMyCity also receives information regarding your mobile telephone, such as the telephone number associated with the telephone, the date and time we received the message, and the registration location or (depending on your carrier) physical location of the mobile telephone. textMyCity may use this information to enable your redemption of any offers or coupons you receive in response to your text message to MY CITY. textMyCity may also use this information to assist its network participants in creating future campaigns or messages for use on the textMyCity network. Under no circumstances will textMyCity use, share, sell, or otherwise distribute your mobile telephone number other than as part of your elected participation in the textMyCity network.

Information you provide on our network participants' websites.

We allow our network participants to advertise and otherwise inform the public that they participate in the textMyCity network. This may include, but is not limited to, the use of the textMyCity name and logos. We have no control over our network participants, or therefore, any personal information that you provide to them in any way, including on their websites. We encourage you to contact those network participants to learn the details of their privacy policies, if any. If any information that you provide to our network participants is provided to textMyCity, we will use it in accordance with this Policy.

General use

We may also use your information for any of the following purposes:

(1) to provide services to you, including sending information or subscription messages that you request, and facilitating the redemption of any offers or coupons that you receive from textMyCity

(2) to help address problems with and the functioning of the Service

(3) to monitor and conduct internal reviews of the Service

(4) to help us better understand and improve the use of the Service, and to develop new services

(5) to protect the security and integrity of the Service

(6) to contact you, if necessary or at your request

The textMyCity network may also share aggregate, non-personal information with our related companies, consultants, advertising clients, network participants, service providers, advertising agencies and other third parties.

Although we do not typically collect any additional information on users of the textMyCity network, if we receive such information about you, we may share that information with other parties in the following circumstances:

• When we have your consent.
• If we determine that there has been a violation of Service policies.
• If we have reason to believe that such disclosure is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference (either intentionally or unintentionally) with our rights or property, other users of the Service or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.
• To respond to judicial process and provide information to law enforcement agencies or in connection with an investigation on matters related to public safety, as permitted by law, or otherwise as required by law.
• To provide information to a company that acquires, is acquired by or is merged with the textMyCity network, and/or its parent company, CCOMB Group, LLC.

Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted here with a revised Effective Date.
